The stair edge profile 271 was designed for processing design coverings with a thickness of 2 – 3 mm on profiled stairs. After installing the floor covering on the tread, the stair edge profile is screwed horizontally to the riser.
Strips with a width of 38.5 - 40 mm are cut from the design flooring and subsequently inserted into the profile's slot. This creates a clean, attractive cover strip. Of course, with the new profile, landings, projections, or other edges can be attractively designed.
