Are the samples free?

You can order up to 5 samples to your home for free. From the 6th sample onwards, a shipping cost of €1.99 per additional sample will be charged.

How can I order samples?

To order samples, go to your desired floor and click the button "Order Free Sample". Then you can complete your sample order normally through the shopping cart.

How large are the samples?

So that you can get a good impression of our floors at home, we cut each sample as large as possible. Most of our samples are approximately the size of a DIN A4 sheet.

May I keep the samples?

Of course! You can keep the samples and therefore they do not need to be sent back.

How can I use the free storage?

You have the option to store your order for up to 12 months. Simply select a specific delivery date at checkout on which your order will then be automatically shipped.

Do you have a virtual room planner?

We really do! You can find it at the top of the menu bar, under each product, or here via the link: Lay floor virtually

Choose a room or simply upload a photo of your room so you get a better idea of how the floor looks laid in your space.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes, it is possible to pay in installments. We offer the option to pay in installments via Klarna.

Delivery

How does the delivery process work?

For the shipping of our products, we work exclusively with specially trained shipping partners, with whom we can offer you reliable, fast, and trackable delivery.

Delivery process:
As soon as we hand over your order to our shipping partner, the freight company will contact you by phone, email, or SMS to arrange a delivery appointment with you.

Why is my order being split?

In some cases, it is sensible and necessary to split your delivery. Individual items of your delivery may be available faster than others. Small parts sometimes get lost in large freight shipments. To spare you inconvenience and ensure a secure delivery, you will therefore usually receive accessories in advance by package for freight deliveries.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time varies depending on the product and is individually indicated under each price. However, the delivery time is usually between 5 and 10 days. Please check the specific details for the product of your choice to get more accurate information about the delivery time.

What are the consequences of a storage permit with the shipping service provider?

A delivery authorization entitles the shipping service provider to leave a shipment at a previously agreed location without the otherwise required signature, thereby completing the delivery. By granting a delivery authorization, you also agree to a disclaimer of liability.

By leaving the item at the specified location as instructed, the risk of loss and damage passes to you as the recipient/authorizer. Liability for damages occurring after proper delivery is excluded. Any ambiguities in specifying the delivery location are at your expense in case of damage. The delivery person has no obligation to check the suitability of the delivery location. You indemnify us against any claims for damages and bear the risk of accidental loss, deterioration, or disappearance of the goods after delivery.

How can I return goods that have already been paid for and are in stock?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a person designated by you who is not the carrier takes possession of the last item.
